An absolutely wonderful place!

“The house is truly spacious and beautifully decorated – every detail has been carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and cosy. The large kitchen inspired us to cook, and the sea view through the big windows was breathtaking. It was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on the wooden steps leading down to the shore, watching the sea shimmer.

The peacefulness of the island, a 10-kilometre run through stunning scenery, and even the ferry journeys through small archipelago villages on the way there were experiences in themselves. Warmly recommended – this is a place you will definitely want to return to. It is an excellent place for a group of friends to spend time together, while still offering plenty of space to retreat and enjoy some peace and quiet.”

The story of the yellow house

The house was built by my father, Kalle, a master builder who appreciated beautiful details and planned everything with great care. Later, I had the honour of continuing his work and completing the house into a place where I myself would feel at home.

Now I welcome guests to experience the archipelago as it truly is. In sunshine, in stillness and in storms — always equally beautiful.
